In the modern era of our world, we are seeing that a lot of young people are going independent financially just because of the online world of income. Now people understand that they don’t need degrees to start earning and make themselves stable. The only thing they need to earn money and make themselves stable is skills and they are using these skill as a service and selling it around the world.

I got an idea from that thing as focus that a lot of young people are unemployed and running behind the jobs for financial stability. So for that, I especially focused on slum areas. Because I have experienced that thing as a part of the organization in which we go to the orphanage and teach some skills to children so that they will be able to earn their livings. But now I especially came with this idea for slum areas and children living there.

In slum areas, a lot of children are out of school because their parents are not stable to give them stable education. So I came with a plan to make these kids stable financially not through some hard and tough workloads. But with some technical and not technical skills.

Children in the slum area

The plan I have for this problem is that we will first target those who are not underage and enough mature so that if we give them the opportunity they can work with complete passion. The motto for this programme is that we want to give such skills to children of such area who are working as labourer and hard and tough works. Then we will target such people from slums. We will teach them some skills. For example for boys, we can teach them some technical skills like welding, plumber, soldering, carpentering, and many more skills that make them able to start their work and earn their living through such skills.

While for the girl’s side, we also plan the same thing. We will teach them sewing, crafting, handmade designing, Mehndi designs, make-up, and beauty parlor work, and many other skills that will make them able to work from home or work in a women’s place to earn their living.

Now, targeted people are done, method of solution is done the only thing that left is that how can we pursue this whole skill development work. For that, we will try to reach people who are experts in such skills and have their shops. We get their help by using their equipment. We will try to get enough support from such sources. So by using their resources, we will target enough children to get their lively hood and become financial supporters to their families.
